Will my Canix data be visible immediately in Metrc?
Yes. New data you submit in Canix is immediately available in Metrc! There are two instances where it will not submit automatically: when working in offline mode in the mobile app or when a user has been set to require admin review before submission. Will my Metrc data be visible immediately in Canix?
We automatically pull Metrc data daily in an overnight sync, but you can force sync as well! If you ever need to sync new data immediately or throughout the day, you can click on Refresh Metrc Data in the bottom left corner of the Canix web application to pull it in.
Does Canix provide training?
Yes! Canix provides online and in-person training throughout your subscription. Please reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager for more information on 1:1 trainings. All customers have access to live weekly training webinars and recorded training videos at https://www.youtube.com/c/canix
What systems do you work on?
We are built natively for iOS, and Android. We also offer a web application that you can access from any modern browser -- we suggest using Google Chrome.
How many users can I add to my Canix account?
Canix offers unlimited seats with a facility subscription. You will need to create a unique login for each person that uses your Canix account. Check out more information about User Management in these articles: Add a User, Web & Mobile Permissions for Users, Review Metrc Submissions for Users.
What if a regulatory agency does an audit and I need my logs?
We send you a confirmation email every time you submit something to Metrc, so it’s as simple as searching “Canix Confirmation” in your inbox to pull up all of your logs.
Is there additional hardware?
Can you integrate with other Cannabis ERPs or other products?
Yes! We currently integrate with Metrc, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, OnFleet, Confident Cannabis, Sage Intacct and LeafLink. Learn more by visiting our Integrations page. If you’d like to request a new integration, email us at email@example.com!
Do I need to enter my data in both Canix AND Metrc, or just one?
We are proud to offer a comprehensive platform that allows you to handle every Metrc requirement directly within the Canix app (along with many other great features) with a few exceptions for minor administrative actions that Metrc does not allow third-party integrators to complete.
