Canix features a custom label printing option, which gives you access to far more customization on your labels than many other label-printing options on the market. 

We still offer the option to print via PDF if your printer cannot support our new custom labels feature.

Where to Purchase?

Canix has an exclusive partnership with ShopPOSPortal. Their team offers implementation assistance and discounted purchasing options for all hardware, including printers. We have successfully tested the models they provide and know they work best with our features and functionality. You can check out our recommended hardware here - ShopPOSPortal

There are other options besides the printers listed on ShopPOSPortal. If you would like to use your own printer, please ensure that it supports the ZPL/ZPLII print format and pairs with QZ Tray.

PDF Labels

If you've already purchased a label printer such as Dymo, or your label printer is not compatible with ZPL/ZPLII print format or QZ Tray. Then you still have the option to print package and unit labels via PDF.

We suggest that you download Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print package and unit labels.
