Overview
Starting October 26, 2026, Master Data has its own spot in the sidebar under Analyze & Support, between Tags & Labels and Admin & Settings. It was previously inside Inventory Management, so every Master Data page is now one click closer. Facility Data Uploader is also now the first page in Master Data.
How to get there
- Open the sidebar in Canix.
- Scroll to the Analyze & Support section.
- Click Master Data to expand it, then select the page you need.
You can also use Search at the top of the sidebar to jump straight to any Master Data page.
What's in Master Data
The Master Data section includes these pages, in this order:
- Facility Data Uploader
- Brands
- Items
- Item Sub-Types
- Locations
- Products
- Strains
- Templates → Item Templates
What stayed the same
- Every page is still there, with the same data and settings.
- Your bookmarks, links, and favorites keep working.
- Permissions haven’t changed. If you could see a page before, you can still see it.
