Introducing Canix High!
We're excited to announce the launch of Canix High, your on-line Canix training platform. We are designing this platform to support end to end training on Canix and how to get the most out of it. You can also use Canix High to get specific information about how to use a specific function within the platform.
Canix High Account Setup
If you are a new Canix customer, your Implementation Manager will set you and your team up on the Canix platform.
If you are an existing customer, please contact our Help Center at help@canix.com to get your account setup. Setup is usually completed within 24 hours of the request.
Canix High Access
Once your account is setup, you can use your user name (email) and password to log into Canix High. The link is: https://canix.learnuponus.com/. When you are setup, you will get an email to complete your registration and set your password. If you do not see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder. If you have forgotten your password, you can open Canix High and use the "Forgot your password?" link to reset your password.
Using Canix High
Once logged into Canix High, you will open the Learner Dashboard. When your account is created, you will automatically be enrolled into the Canix Onboarding Certification Training Program. Depending on what courses you've started or not, your dashboard will reflect your current progress in courses you've started and courses that you have not yet started. Individual courses are listed on the "Courses" tab. You can access the entire learning program by clicking on the "Learning Journeys" tab.
Navigating Courses
When you click on the course you want to complete, you will be taken to the course title page.
If this is the first time you've accessed the course, you can begin by clicking on the "Start Now" button. If you are returning to a course you've already started, you can click on the "Continue" button. When you open a course, you will click on the "Launch" button in the middle of the screen to open the course. Note that the course will open in a new window.
After you have launched the course, you will see a summary of the course on the left side of your screen and the modules included on the right. If you've never taken the course before, click on the first module and you will be walked through the course content. If you are revisiting a topic, you can click on the specific module you want to review.
When the course opens, the table of contents will be on the left and the content on the right side of your screen. Many of the course pages will have interactive elements and most modules will include questions to test your learning.

Throughout Canix High, you will see a link to "message instructor", if you have questions about the content or accessing Canix High as a whole, you can use that to contact the Canix High administrator. You can also contact our Support team at help@canix.com for help.
