If you are having issues accessing and logging into your Canix account that are not password related, please review our common troubleshooting steps and try each one. These are the most common fixes.
Please try these common solutions:
- Confirm you are using the correct email address, or ask a Canix admin at your facility to check
- Make sure all Canix browser tabs/windows are closed except for 1
- Ensure you are using the correct URL, and not a bookmark: app.canix.com
- We recommend always using Google Chrome browser when accessing Canix
- Clear browsing history in Google Chrome
- Note: Be sure to clear browsing history for 'all time'
- Try using an Incognito window (private browsing window)
- Ensure your Google Chrome internet browser is up to date
- Ensure computer/device software is up to date
- Reach out to the Support Team if you are still unable to login after following all troubleshooting tips listed above
