Reset your Canix password:
- Access the Canix login page at: app.canix.com/login
- Select Reset password
- Enter your email address and click Send Email
- Check your email! We'll send password reset instructions to your email address
If you do not receive an email from us after completing the steps above, there are a few additional troubleshooting steps we can provide:
- Ensure you are using the same email address used to log in to Canix
- Check your Spam/Junk folder
- Check with the Support Team if you think you may have Unsubscribed from our emails
- Contact Support by emailing help@canix.com
- Make sure you have logged out of your Canix account in all tabs before logging back in
