Dried weights from a harvest are packaged through the Cure Harvest process in BioTrack FL. The initial item types that can be created from a harvest are Flower, Other Material and Waste. These packages cannot be used further until they are converted to a Flower Lot, Other Material Lot or Waste item type.
Canix speeds this process up by creating the initial required Flower or Other Material package from the harvest, and converts it immediately to the item selected by the user in the Cure Harvest action.
Follow the steps below to create initial packages from harvest:
- Navigate to Harvests > Overview > Active to see your list of active harvests
- Select the harvest row to create a package from
- Select Actions > Create Package
- Fill out the required fields on the Create Package page using the bulk package details on the left to apply to all new packages, or by selecting the new package on the right side:
- Item - Select from your list of items with an item type of Flower Lot, Other Material Lot or Waste
- Package Date - Select the package date, if different from today's date
- Package Location - Select from inventory type locations
- # Packages - Enter the number of packages to generate on the right side automatically, or select the Add Packages button to add new packages individually
- Per Package Quantity - Enter the quantity for all packages on the right side, or select the individual packages on the right side to enter a quantity per package
- Lot ID - Optionally, enter a Lot ID to apply to all packages
- Package Notes - Optionally, enter notes to apply to all packages
- Select the individual packages on the right side to edit any packages individually
- Select Add Packages on the right side to create more packages
Confirm all details are correct, and that the remaining harvest weight is not below 0. Select Submit Harvest to submit new packages to BioTrack.
View all submissions and their status in the Admin > Submissions table. Any errors received from BioTrack will appear at the top of this page, as well as in the submissions table.
New packages will appear in the Active packages table with a tag / ID received from BioTrack. To create labels for these packages, navigate to Tags & Labels and follow these steps.
