Need to change the location of a package? Canix has you covered. Users can change Package Locations in the Canix Web Application. Depending on the compliance standards of your state, some functionality may not be available. Note: You can also add/change the Package Location when creating and splitting packages.
From the Web Application:
- Navigate to: Inventory > Packages > View: Active
- Select one or more Packages that need to be relocated
- Navigate to Actions > Change Location
- Enter a New Location
- Need to remove a Package from the list?
Simply select the Red X next to the Package you need to remove. - Date may be a required field depending on your states compliance standards.
- Need to remove a Package from the list?
- Select Submit

A confirmation window will appear: Confirm Location Change? Select Submit
Note: Metrc Facilities will receive a notification: "Submitting location change of # packages to Metrc". Non-Metrc Facilities will receive a notification: "The location has been changed for # packages"
