Plants must be scheduled for destruction in BioTrack Florida facilities before they can be destroyed. Plants go through a waiting period of 72 hours after they are scheduled for destruction before they can be destroyed in the system. Plants scheduled for destruction cannot be edited or used except for creating waste or destroying the plants after the 72 hrs has passed.
Schedule Plants for Destruction
Follow the steps below to schedule plants for destruction.
- Navigate to Plants > Plants > Active view
- Select 1+ rows > Actions > Schedule for Destruction (# Plants selected)
- Select from a list of Destroy Reasons synced from BioTrack
- Specify an explanation in the Reason Note field
- Confirm the selected plants to be scheduled for destruction as this cannot be undone at the moment
Note - plants scheduled for destruction cannot be edited until the schedule for destruction is undone - Select Submit to schedule the selected plants for destruction
Plants can be found in the Plants view: Scheduled for Destruction to destroy once it's completed the 72 hour period
Scheduled for Destruction Plants View
The Scheduled for Destruction default plants table view contains plants submitted to BioTrack as scheduled for destruction. Once a plant has been scheduled for destruction for at least 72 hours and can be destroyed, Ready for Destruction will be displayed in the Scheduled for Destruction column.
