Canix supports sending Intacct dimensions during Intacct Purchase Order and Invoice creation. These dimensions can be set as required at the facility level and then passed for every line item on a PO or Invoice to Intacct.
The currently supported dimensions are:
- Location
- Department
- Class
- Project
- Class
- Customer
- Vendor
Configure Canix Facilities to Require Intacct Dimensions
If your team requires certain dimensions to be passed when creating Intacct postings, you will need to require those dimensions for your Canix facilities.
Bulk Apply Dimensions
- Navigate to Admin > Integrations
- In the Map Facilities to Sage Intacct Entities & Dimensions card, use the Bulk Apply Dimension dropdown to select the dimensions you want to require for your facilities.
- Select the Dimensions to require across your Canix facilities
- Select the Canix facilities that you would like the selected Dimensions to be required in
- Select Bulk Apply
- Select Save
The selected Dimensions will now be required in the selected Canix facilities.
Individually Apply Dimensions
- Navigate to Admin > Integrations
- In the Map Facilities to Sage Intacct Entities & Dimensions card, use the Dimensions dropdown to select the dimensions you want to require for the selected facility.
- Select Save
The selected Dimensions will now be required in the selected Canix facility.
