Introduction
Canix has set up a Items AI agent that allows users to create Items directly from their email.
Why?
Our goal with this is two-fold:
- Make it effortless to create Canix Items.
- Facilitate historical uploading of Items.
- Make it easier to update items
What kinds of files can you send?
- Raw notes
- CSV Upload
- Plain-text
- Screenshots
How It Works (Create or Update Items)
- Email “items.ai@canix.com” with a csv, plain-text notes, or screenshots of the purchase order that you want to create
- You can even create multiple items from one CSV to this email!
- The email will either respond with questions, a confirmation that it’s been created, or a failure notification
What to Expect / Tips for Usage
Overall
- The agent will take a few minutes to respond. It's not instantaneous - yet!
- This is an alpha, so some hiccups are expected. Email Stacey if you run into any issues.
- The email you will be emailing is items.ai@canix.com
- Unauthorized Access
- If an unauthorized user emails for either sales or inventory, this is the email it will receive
