Incoming transfers in BioTrack are synced every 10 minutes. When the transfer deliverer has marked the stop complete on an outgoing transfer, the incoming transfer will be available for the receiving license to accept or reject.
A full package must be accepted or rejected currently, but an incoming transfer can have whole packages accepted and whole packages rejected on the same transfer. Portions of a package can be accepted and rejected for the same package in BioTrack Florida, but are not currently supported in Canix.

View Incoming Transfers
Navigate to Inventory > Incoming Transfers to view a table of all received and awaiting receipt incoming transfers.
- Received status - This status indicates the incoming transfer has been received in Canix and BioTrack. Some packages on this transfer may be rejected, and some packages may be accepted.
- Awaiting Receipt status - This status indicates the incoming transfer has not yet been received in Canix and BioTrack. Follow the steps below to receive the incoming transfer in the system.
Receive Incoming Transfers
Follow these steps to receive an incoming transfer synced from BioTrack.
- Navigate to the Inventory > Incoming Transfers table
- Select the incoming transfer name for the transfer being received
Note - transfers not yet received have a status of Awaiting Receipt, and a transfer date in Est Transfer Date. Sort either of these columns to find the transfer being received easier. - Accepting Packages - by default, all packages are already selected to be accepted on the incoming transfer. The checkbox should be enabled for any packages being accepted.
- Rejecting Packages - Deselect any packages that should rejected on the transfer. By default, all packages are selected to be accepted into the facility.
- Received Package Location - select the location these received packages should appear in. You can change this location per package once the transfer is received.
- Select Submit to receive packages with the checkbox enabled, and to reject any deselected packages.
If received successfully, the incoming transfer status will change to Received.
- Packages that were accepted have an accepted status in the incoming transfer modal and appear in the Packages > Active view.
- Packages that were rejected have a rejected status in the incoming transfer modal and are returned to the sending facility
You can find the submission in Admin > Submissions table with any errors received from BioTrack if the transfer could not be received.
