How to use reporting in Canix

User Permissions
Users will see data in their reports based on the permissions they have access to in User Permission Groups. For example, restricting access to labor cost in user permission groups will restrict the user from seeing that information in reporting. See here for more information on the different user permission settings.

Sales
Use the Tags filter to select Sales in the Reporting section to view all current default sales reports. Below is a table of current reports, the old reporting name if you used our previous reporting integration, and information you can expect to find.

| Sales Overview | Sales Overview | How are your Sales trending over-time? Keep an eye on Sales KPIs like average price per pound, and identify upward or downward trends in real-time, as well as the drivers of those changes. |
| Sales Orders Over Time | Sales Details | Export Sales Order data for external analysis. Schedule the data to be delivered as a CSV to your email to save Sales Order data at a specified point in time. |
| Sales by Customer, Over Time | Sales by Customer | What are your Sales by Customer? Keep an eye on Total Sales across your top Customers to make sure you’re maintaining good relationships. |
| Sales by Item Over Time | Sales by Item | What are your Sales by Item? Identify which product Items are generating the most revenue. |
| Sales by Customer, Item | Sales by Customer & Item | Understand which SKUs or Products have not been purchased yet by a Customer. Expand your stickiness with a specific customer by selling them more products across your lineup. |

| Outgoing Transfers Over Time | Outgoing Transfers | Track packages that have left the facility, or are scheduled to leave the facility on a transfer. |

Save your filtered views to quickly access your data breakdowns
Save views for filters consistently set when viewing the default or custom reports and dashboards. Saved views are necessary when scheduling emails to brands, partners or customers, for example. See more information here.
Schedule emailed reports to be delivered internally
Scheduling emails is necessary for certain month-end reports, like tracking inventory value and month-end package quantities. It's also helpful to provide partners, brands, or customers a recurring report on their inventory or available inventory for sale, without having to manually manage the report.

Schedule emailed reports for external partners/customers
To provide partners, brands, or customers a recurring report on their inventory in your facility, or available inventory for sale, first create a saved view, then schedule an email of the saved view.
Watch a quick overview on scheduling reports, and learn more here. Reminder - you must save a view to schedule filtered dashboard and reporting views. Otherwise, your partners and customers will receive a report or dashboard of your entire inventory. You can test by sending a scheduled email to yourself first to preview the content, then schedule to external partners on a recurring basis.
