We’re excited to introduce Canix Office Hours, beginning September 9, 2025 — a new way for you to get tactical support directly from our Implementation Managers. Whether you’re a long time Canix user who can’t remember how to do something in the system, or a new user who needs to ask some questions (or anywhere in between), Canix now offers a drop in opportunity for you to get your questions answered quickly.
When:

When:
- Tuesdays at 11:00 AM ET
- Wednesdays at 1:00 PM ET
- Thursdays at 4:00 PM ET
Where:
- Attend via Google Meet!
What to Expect:
- These are drop-in sessions designed to answer tactical questions about how to use Canix.
- Sessions are not intended for business strategy or use case-specific consulting. If you need support in those areas, reach out to your Implementation Manager if you are actively onboarding, or to Canix Support.
- Note: If no participants join within the first 15 minutes, the session will close and you are welcome to join our next scheduled session.
