Overview
Canix is launching a mobile app in conjunction with a partnership with Trym. Currently, the mobile app is in private beta.

What's Included
Currently, via the Canix mobile app, you may:
- Viewing Harvests
- Creating Harvests in Metrc
- Scan Plants into Harvest
- Manually Add Plants
- Connect Bluetooth Scanner to scan plants
- Connect RFID scanner to scan plants
- Connect a Bluetooth Dongle to weigh plants
Harvesting on the Mobile App
On the Canix mobile app, you can currently create harvests via 3 methods:
Scanning Plant Tags
Scanning Plant Tags will be your main option by default. After clicking "Harvest", you will be brought to the scanning screen.
Scan the Plant tag of the plant you are looking to harvest, and then enter the harvest details of the Harvest you'd like to create.
Manually Searching Plant Tags
After clicking "Harvest", enter at least 5 digits of the plant tag that you are looking to find. Select the Plant Tag and use that to create your harvest
Limitations of the Mobile App
Currently, on the mobile app, you are not able to add Lot ID to Harvests.
Connecting to Hardware
On the mobile app, you can also connect to hardware. Click the hamburger menu in the upper lefthand corner, and click "Connections".
You will be able to connect your Scale, RFID Reader, and barcode scanner.

- Is this in beta?
- Yes, the app is currently in beta. It is open to all current Canix customers. Be aware that the app will be undergoing significant design updates. We will also be adding a lot more functionality to the app.
- Where can I download the App for iPhones?
- The app is available for download on the App Store here
- Where can I download the app for Android?
- Is this available in BioTrack states?
- No, currently the app is only available in Metrc states. We are not planning on adding BioTrack in the near term.
