The Canix Marketplace allows licensed retailers and buyers across the U.S. to browse cannabis supplier shops, place orders, and track those orders, all in one place. This guide walks through everything you need to know to get started.

1. Accessing the Canix Marketplace Homepage
When you log into the Canix Marketplace, you’ll land on the homepage, where you can:
View all shops available to your selected state or license
Switch between your retail licenses or facilities
Browse featured or available products from suppliers operating in your chosen market
Selecting Your Shopping License
Use the "Viewing License / Facility" dropdown in the top-right corner to choose which license you're shopping for.
You can manage multiple buying or retail licenses across different states.
Once selected, the marketplace will automatically display shops available to that license.
2. Browsing Shops and Products
After selecting your license, you’ll see all shops available in that state.
Viewing a Shop
Click any shop to:
View all available products
See shop details, including website and license information
Explore featured products curated by the shop
Product Search & Filters
Use the search bar to quickly find specific items (e.g., strain names, product formats).
Use filters to narrow by:
Product subtype (e.g., 1g prerolls, buds)
Brand
Other product categories
This allows you to quickly sort through a shop’s full inventory.
3. Understanding Product Details
On each product card, you may see:
Available quantity (if shop has enabled it)
Pricing and any active sales
Case vs. unit purchasing options
Brand, strain, item type
Batch and test results, when the shop has synced results from their production batches
If batch results are available, they’re displayed directly under the product so you can request a specific batch at checkout.
4. Adding Products to Your Cart
For any product:
Select the number of cases or units you want.
Optionally add a note for the supplier.
Click Add to Cart.
You’ll receive a confirmation when the product has been added.
Promo Items
Some shops allow promo item requests.
For products with promo availability, click "Request Promo Item" to add one to your cart. Promo items will be labeled as such on your order.
5. Multi-Shop Ordering
The Canix Marketplace allows you to place one combined checkout across multiple shops.
You can:
Add items from Shop A
Navigate to Shop B
Add additional products
Place a single combined order
Once submitted, Canix will automatically create separate orders per shop, allowing each supplier to fulfill their part of the order independently.
6. Placing an Order
When you're ready:
Open your Cart.
Review line items grouped by shop.

View totals:
Per-shop total
Combined order total
Click Place Order.
Your orders will be created and sent to each supplier.
7. Order History
All placed orders appear in your Order History, available from the main navigation.
For each order, you can view:
The shop it was placed with
Order ID
Order status
Order total
Destination facility address
Products ordered
You can toggle between shops to view the products ordered from each.
8. Managing Your Retail Account
Navigate to Account & Settings to manage users and licenses.
Users
View all users associated with your retail account
Add new users (they’ll receive an email invitation to join)
Edit or deactivate existing users
License Management
See all licenses associated with your retailer account:
Accepted / active licenses
Pending or under review (awaiting Canix approval)
Archived, expired, or rejected licenses
Once a license is accepted, it becomes available in the Viewing License / Facility dropdown.
9. Profile Settings
Your profile settings allow you to:
Update your name and title
See your assigned licenses
Reset your password
View your admin status
