Follow the steps below if you need to reset your Canix password:
- Access the Canix login page at: app.canix.com
- Select Reset password
- Enter your email address and click Send Email
- Check your email! We'll send password reset instructions to your email address
If you do not receive an email from us after completing the steps above, there are a few additional troubleshooting steps we can provide:
- Be sure you are using the correct email address that you use to log into Canix; to check, search for 'Canix' in your email inbox and confirm which email address you receive them in
- Check your Spam/Junk folders
- Make sure you have logged out of your Canix account in all tabs before logging back in
- Check with the Support Team if you think you may have Unsubscribed from our emails
- Contact Support by Submitting a Support Ticket if none of the steps above resolve it
