If your process included making a Sales Order within Canix first, the final and optional step here will be to reach out to Support requesting they file a ticket with Engineering to associate the Metrc Transfer to the Canix Sales Order. If you do this, please make sure to include all relevant details, including Transfer names and Sales Order numbers to be associated and any screenshots.
